CVC Center: Students pick a picture cvc card and use manipulatives (play-doh, letter magnets, etc), to build that word on their gingerbread boards

Word Family Center: Gingerbread houses have a word family on the door and 3 blank circles for peppermint pieces. Students must find the peppermint pieces that have pictures belonging to that word family and place them on the 3 blank circles

Digraph Center: Gingerbread houses have digraphs on them and students must sort the gingerbread men (with pictures) under the correct house. There are beginning and ending digraphs

Number Sense Center: Students place gingerbread cookies on the correct cookie sheet. Each cookie sheet has a number with its number word, the gingerbread cookies have dominos, tally marks and numbers

Make Ten Center: Students use ten frames to help them complete the number sentence on the bottom of each card

Addition to 20 Clip Card Center: Students use clothespins to clip the correct answer of the addition problem. Pictures on the cards act as visuals to help students
